ACTS Registration
What is an ACTS retreat? The ACTS retreat is a parish-based retreat that offers an opportunity to be spiritually renewed, to strengthen your faith and your personal relationship with Jesus in your daily life, and to build lasting friendships. It is presented by your fellow parishioners with direction from priests and deacons at the Mercy Retreat Center on North Geyer Road. Non-Catholics are welcomed.
How much does it cost? The cost of the retreat is $300.00. A minimum deposit of $100 will reserve your spot on the retreat. The balance of your retreat fee is due at check-in. (If the retreat fee is an issue, please contact the Director listed below or Fr. Grosch for available assistance.) Please make checks payable to St. Gerard Majella ACTS.
When does it start? The retreat begins Thursday evening with check-in at 6:00p.m. at St. Gerard Majella Church vestibule.
How do I get there? Transportation is provided for you to and from the Mercy Retreat Center.
When is it over? The retreat concludes with 11:00 Mass on Sunday at St. Gerard Majella Church and is followed by a welcome home luncheon. Your family is encouraged to join you at Mass and at the luncheon.
When do I get additional info? You will receive confirmation of your registration within a week. Then 1-2 weeks prior to the retreat, you will receive a letter via email describing what to bring with you (clothing, etc.) for the weekend. Email is used to save postage costs. If you do not have email, a letter will be sent through the US Mail.
