Welcome to the Parish!
Every parishioner should be registered. If you are not, we cannot serve you by issuing testimonial letters for the sacraments of Baptism and Confirmation. We can not give you recommendations or letters tax letters for donations given to the parish.
To register please bring the form below by the Parish Office. A secretary is available each weekday from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Often people attend Mass at a parish for months or sometimes years, but never officially register. Registering at Saint Gerard Majella Church is the foremost expression of your commitment to being part of our parish family. Being a registered parishioner also makes the process much simpler when it's time for receiving sacraments, registering for faith formation, sponsoring a sacrament recipient and even planning funerals.
