What People Are Saying About Our New Priest:
Fr. John Seper – Senior Associate Pastor
- He appears a bit taller than his picture.
- I think that I’ve heard that joke before.
- The stuff he puts on his hair to make it turn grey seems to be working.
Dear Friends – Grace and Peace to you!
Thank you for your warm and gracious welcome. I count it a privilege to become a part of St. Gerard Majella Parish; and, an honor to receive this assignment from Archbishop Rozanski to become a part of the parish staff working with our Pastor Fr Grosch.
A quick look at the parish bulletin and website shows that Jesus is very busy here. Fr. Grosch shared with me a copy of GRATEFUL AND GENEROUS – St. Gerard Majella Parish 2023 Stewardship Report. In it, Fr. Grosch reminds us that we are, “one Family, with one Focus, proclaiming one Message and living as one Body in Christ.” That, to me, sounds like Building the Kingdom.
As these weeks unfold, I look forward to praying with you, meeting you, and becoming a part of all the good that Jesus is doing here at St. Gerard Majella Parish. Like you, I’ll know that I am an official member when I receive my first packet of envelopes in the mail. See you in Church!
