Show: Come From Away

Cost: $100 per person (includes Muny ticket, Back-Stage tour, Dinner, Drinks and Party Bus)

Bus Pick-Up at SGM: 5:30 pm (return to SGM by 11:00 pm)

Note: The cost is not final until we have our headcounts and know if the Muny pavilion is available. It could be a bit less than $100. Despite Marian Guild subsidizing this event each year, costs have continued to rise. The increase is primarily due to Muny ticket prices and party bus increases. Please let me know if this higher cost is prohibitive to you attending.

*RSVP by Mar. 30 to Kim Dykas at KJDYKAS@SBCGLOBAL.NET, with the Subject heading “SGM MUNY Night” and include # of spots you want to reserve, as well as your name and the names of other parishioners included in your #. Non-parishioner friends and family are also welcome!

* This is not a firm commitment, but a sign of your serious intent to join us this year. So, please, check your vacation schedule and RSVP if you plan to attend. Payments won’t be needed until May.

About the Show:

When the world stopped on 9/11, kindness soared in an isolated Canadian town. In Come From Away, a breathtaking musical based on a remarkable true story, 38 commercial flights from around the globe are diverted for days to tiny Gander, Newfoundland. Unfazed by the arrival of nearly 7,000 surprise guests, the residents provide light in a dark time, welcoming the stranded travelers with music, an open bar and hope. A Muny premiere! Show run time is 1 hour 40 minutes, with no intermission, so we should be back at SGM before 11 pm.
