The Adult Faith Committee will be hosting a weekly Lenten program starting on Tuesday March 11, and running each Tuesday evening through April 1. We will offer a simple supper of soup and bread in Liguori Hall and we will watch a variety of different talks from the National Eucharistic Conference. This will be followed by group discussions. The doors will open at 6:30pm and the video will start promptly at 6:45pm. After we watch the video we will have time to discuss what we have seen, wrapping up by 8:00pm. The dates and schedule of talks are as follows.
March 11 - Bishop Robert Barron: Evangelizing as a Body of Christ
March 18 - Sr. Josephine Garrett: Repentance and Revival
March 25 - Msgr. James Shea: Satisfaction and Hunger
April 1 - Sr. Bethany Madonna: Invitation to Emmaus
This is a perfect opportunity during the Lenten season to grow our faith, share a meal, build community, and enjoy some wonderful talks and discussions. Please plan on joining us for one or all of the weeks, if you are can. All are welcome.
