Like almost all of us who go on our first ACTS retreat, I did not know what to expect. Our two and a half days were full, some periods being solemn and reverent, some being jovial and downright hilarious, and others were easy, open, and fulfilling. I loved my first ACTS retreat so much that I have participated in 4 additional.

Each retreat has its own personality with a common thread of expressing God's witness, meeting and enjoying 35 or so likeminded souls, and strengthening our core beliefs.

Not to mention 3 meals a day without doing dishes.
