Although I made my ACTS retreat at a different parish, it was the catalyst for me to embrace SGM and get active rather than being a "Sunday Mass only" Catholic who held my faith community at arms distance.  The SGM ACTS retreats that I have been privileged to participate in have fostered a deeper faith and prayer life, a stronger appreciation for and engagement in our Catholic Sacraments, and a profound love for the Body of Christ here at St. Gerard Majella.  I experience the gift of JOY every time I come through the doors of SGM and have made connections with men and women in my faith community who lift me up and who allow me to minister with and to them.  I am IN the kingdom of God!  Please, prayerfully consider if God is calling you to an ACTS retreat.
