Step into Bethlehem!
Travel back 2,000 years and experience the wonder of Christ’s birth! Our gym will be transformed into a lively Bethlehem marketplace—complete with Joseph’s Carpentry Shop, the Wise Men’s tent, festive crafts and games for kids, tasty food and drinks (including beer, wine, and a specialty cocktail for adults ), and a beautiful live nativity featuring Mary, Joseph, and even a camel, donkey, and sheep. 
Volunteers Make It Happen
We’ve planned it all—every tent, decoration, and detail is ready. Now, all we need is you!
From 5th graders to adults, we’re looking for joyful hearts and helping hands to bring Bethlehem to life. Roles are simple and fun—no experience needed! Each role entails only 1 - 3 hours of volunteering, no heavy burdens here!
Food & Drink Servers – spread cheer with warm hospitality.
Craft Helpers – guide kids in hands-on fun.
Setup & Cleanup Crews – make the magic appear (and disappear!).
Behind-the-Scenes Helpers – things like washing table linens keep it all running smoothly.

Tickets go on sale Friday, October 17th at 10 AM. Don’t wait—this event is expected to sell out quickly!
Make sure you’re on the parish, school, or PSR email list (contact the SGM parish office if not).

- Children (ages 2–17): $15
- Infants (0–1): FREE
One ticket covers it all!
Your ticket is all-inclusive—entry to the event plus delicious food & drinks, kids’ crafts, fun games, and the magical live nativity. Adults can also enjoy beer, wine, and even a specialty cocktail—all included!
