As part of our commitment to operational excellence and mission advancement, we have upgraded from Faith Direct to ParishSOFT Managed Giving.
This upgrade will benefit both parishioners and staff by providing:

• A more modern and intuitive interface
• Expanded giving options (including digital wallets, mobile giving, anonymous giving)
• Enhanced reporting and donor management tools
• Optional access to the full ParishSOFT suite of solutions

The transition will be fully supported by the ParishSOFT Managed Giving team, and our current Client Relations Manager. All donor data and recurring gifts will carry over, and you’ll have continued access to any active events and our existing custom event templates.
What you need to know:

• There is no disruption in service expected
• Staff training and FAQ resources will be provided through the dedicated Information Center
• If asked, parishioners do not need to re-enter their giving info
