My family is new to the parish, and we were looking for ways to meet other parishioners. I must admit that we had mostly been attending church regularly but hadn’t fully engaged due to life's distractions. I signed up for an ACTS retreat, despite being unsure about going since I only knew one person. However, I'm so glad I attended; I realized how much I needed to be around other faith-based women. Now, my husband and I are actively volunteering and attending Mass weekly. I am really excited to have renewed my commitment to my Catholic faith. Next on my list is getting my husband to join the men’s retreat!
