With the opening of our church for Mass, monthly Evening Vespers on the third Wednesday of each month will begin again, starting at 7:00 pm in the church on Wednesday June 17. Our speaker this month will be Father Skillman, speaking on “Lessons from the Pandemic”.

The service and speaker will also be livestreamed from our parish YouTube channel (the same as for Mass). For those attending in person, the safety guidelines we use for Mass will be in place for Vespers: social distancing before and after services, seating in designated pews only, and use of masks when not in pew. Confession will be offered during the evening, starting at 7:00 pm, but there will be no social gathering after the speaker.

The disruption caused by the pandemic has challenged our daily lives, including the practice of our faith. Join your fellow parishioners in prayer, and in hearing Father Skillman’s insight on the pandemic and our faith. Whether you are joining in person or remotely, it will be a wonderful evening of gathering as a faith community.
