With the opening of our church for Mass, monthly Evening Vespers on the third Wednesday of each month have returned. Join us at 7:00 pm in the church on Wednesday July 15. Our speaker in July will be Father Huber, speaking on “Marriage and the Bible”.  The service and speaker will also be livestreamed from SGM’s YouTube channel (the same as for Mass); the prayer guide will be posted on-line as well. For those attending in person, the safety guidelines we use for Mass will be in place for Vespers: social distancing before and after services, seating in designated pews only, and use of masks when not in pew. Confession will be offered during the evening, starting at 7:00 pm, but there will be no social gathering after the speaker.

The disruption caused by the pandemic has challenged our daily lives, including the practice of our faith. Join your fellow parishioners in prayer, and in hearing Father Huber provide insight on the sacrament of marriage from a biblical perspective. Whether you are joining in person or remotely, it will be a wonderful evening of gathering as a faith community!
