The generosity of St. Gerard Majella parishioners was amazingly displayed by the success of the St. Vincent de Paul Clothing Drive over the weekend of June 27/28. In just 8 hours of collection time, the amount of donated items was enough to fill a 26 foot truck – twice!! As a result of your donations, the SGM SVDP conference “earned” an abundance of store vouchers that will be used to assist our neighbors in need during these difficult times.

Thank you for patiently saving your donations for several months, then waiting again in long lines of cars to drop off your items!

Thank you to several parishioners (and Father Huber!) for pitching in during the famous St. Louis humidity to assist SVDP volunteers!

And, most importantly, thank you for being such a caring community and enabling SVDP to help our sisters and brothers in Christ!
