The documents of Vatican II
The Vatican II Council ended 55 years ago, and had wide ranging impact on the Catholic Church and the practice of many aspects of our Faith. Even after almost six decades, the purpose and meaning of this Council is still misunderstood and debated. We will examine the output of Vatican II by examining the documents published at its conclusion in 1965, starting by reviewing “Sacrosanctum Concilum” (Constitution on the Sacred Liturgy).
Running from Wednesday, September 30 through November 4 (no class on October 21), sessions will be offered at 9:00 am in meeting rooms 220/221 and 7:00 pm in Liguori Hall. More information will be provided in coming weeks, but put this on your calendar today for what are sure to be informative and lively discussions!
You will be alble to view the sessions on the parish YouTube Channel Documents of Vatican II playlist.
