There are several volunteer opportunities for Totus Tuus this summer, and we are seeking an additional 4-5 catechists for our Parish School of Religion for next year.  

Summer Youth Retreat Week (Totus Tuus) is seeking volunteers the week of July 12th - 16th to help with the following:

• Snack Coordinator for M-F.
• Volunteers to bring snacks each day (for Totus Tuus Team and all campers).
• Volunteers to bring the Totus Tuus team lunch each day (ideally we would have 5 volunteers - 1 for each day).  There are 8 team members.
• Recess/lunch monitors (about 1 hour per day)
• An adult household to host 4 men from the team (overnight for the week).
• Dinners for the Retreat Team to be served in Parish Meeting Rooms (4 more evenings need to be covered).  This can be home-cooked or catered.  There are 8 team members.

Parish School of Religion (PSR) is seeking additional catechists for the upcoming school year.  If you have a desire to share the message of Jesus Christ with the youth of the parish, then this opportunity is for you!  We have openings in 1st, 4th, and 5th grade.  PSR gathers each Monday evening during the school year from 5:45 - 7:00 p.m.  Please contact Lisa Vorwerk at parishcre@sgmparish.org if you are interested or have any questions.
