There have been many questions about Vacation Bible School up at St Gerard this summer, so we wanted to get this information out to clarify. It is now being called "Summer Youth Retreat Week" and will be held July 16th- 21st. 

This amazing week will have something for all the youth of the parish, from age 4 up to incoming high school seniors.

~ For ages 4 & 5 it will be the traditional VBS program (this year the theme is "Maker's Fun Factory"), running 9am-12 noon
~ For incoming 1st through 6th graders it will be a NEW program called Totus Tuus, running from 9am- 3pm
~ Teens (7th grade and up) can volunteer for the day time program to earn service hours AND they can also attend a special evening Totus Tuus program from 7:30-9:45pm

This is the first year the Archdiocese is bringing Totus Tuus to St Louis, so we are one of only a few parishes that will be hosting this wonderful new program. It will offer more age appropriate material for the kids and is facilitated by college age young adults.
